50s Style Mugs

This is a nice solid mug for those who love the 1950’s! This cup is in all white that matches many people’s modern kitchen style. It has a black print on the front of the mug and is small. The mug fits a good amount of coffee and looks to be sturdy as well. This cup has a tiny handle and has a round bottom. My aunt has a cup that is this similar and it reminds me of when she gets her morning coffee. She bought one for my grandpa, but he does not use it much. Anyway, she loves her coffee all black without any creamer which is quite strange.

50s Pink Vintage Cup

This is a beautiful cup for Fifters! The vintage cup has pink glitter in the background and has a silver top. This drink holder is small and has a silver shiny side at the very top. This drink holder has a white almost cursive print and fits nicely in anyone’s hands. There is two hearts on the front and a crown as well. My friend has this exact same vintage cup and she loves it. She uses it everyday for her hot coffee and brings it along with her to work.

50s Coca Cola Portable Radio

This is a cool radio for those who love the 1950’s! The small Coca Cola radio has a bright red complexion and a silver antenna. At the top in the middle of this, it has a silver handle that fits anyone’s hands. It has the brand name on this and has two knobs to change the station or to turn up and down the volume. This radio has lines across it on the front part and it glows red when it is on as well. My grandfather has a small radio just like this one and it is so cute. He gets so excited talking about his collection of Coca Cola stuff along with his old bottles of this brand too.

What Makes 50s Coffee So Irresistible?

This is an appetizing whole bean coffee mix for those who love the 50’s! The bag has the colors of cream white and green on the front and side. There is a small square on the front of this and it has a divide of colors that consist of yellow and white. This small container is small and has nice edges to it. You can see the oz’s and the name brand on the front of this bag. My friend loves this type of coffee and even serves it to her mother in law. She always likes trying new ones as well all the time with her.

50s Blue Coffee Cup

This is a gorgeous coffee or teacup for fifters! The light blue cup has flowers that droop down and has long stems. It has long dark green leaves and other different flowers that have a fluffy white top. The overall cup is tall and looks like it can hold lots of coffee in it. There is a white handle that is so cute with a bit of gold at the top of it. My grandma used to have a small teacup just like this one and I remember she used to tell me stories about how she met my grandpa while holding it. They met while my grandpa flew in from the military and settled within Arizona.

This is a stunning wine glass for fifters! The glass is tall and shiny. It can contain a lot of alcohol and has a nice eye-catching print as well. This wine glass comes in somewhat of a box and includes some strings on it too. The main piece though has a wide circle opening and has a nice shape for your fingers to hold. My friend has a collection of wine glasses in her kitchen that she always talks about. The small wide glasses are her favorite it looks like the top of a regular tall glass but without the stem.

St Patrick's Day 50s Dress

This is a festive green clover gift for those who love the 1950s! The skirt of this dress has a bunch of big and small clover leaves and has a white background on it. This plant has four dark green leaves and four lighter ones too. This outfit has three buttons at the top of this dress and has two black strings that come out from the top. The waist has a dark big strip that accentuates the figure and the skirt flows out nicely. My friend has a similar dress, but she has this in the color red. She loves to wear her dresses to 50’s style diners.

During the 1950's, they loved using red lipsticks and everyone wore a red lip at one point or another.  To recreate a 50's make up look is to include a red lip . This color of red is shiny and not too bright but not too dark either.  They used this type of red to appear youthful and attractive to men. What Was Valentine's Day Like in the 1950s

Many people in this era loved Valentine's Day not only because was it is a fun holiday but it is a celebration of love! Everything was decked out for this fun day with Valentine creations such as small decorations, valentine cards, hanging hearts in store windows, and more! You saw lots of couples walking the streets holding hands, families spending time together, and store owners with smiles on their faces for obtaining lots of sales.  Many children in school made Valentine's cards to give out to their classmates and created big posters of a baby cupids to take home.  Celebrity pinup girls were posed for this special holiday with hearts in the background or wearing having hearts on their clothes.  Marylin Monroe in particular did a Valentine's Day photo shoot with two big hearts as her backdrop. This is a beautiful heart mask gift for those who love the 1950s! The mask is small and has four different colors on it. My friend has this exact vintage glass and displays it in his sleeve in his living room. He always talks about how this is always a conversation starter.

This is an outstanding clear wine glass gift for fifters! This glass has an oval shape and can contain lots of alcohol. It resembles an egg and has a fancy print on it as well. The bottle says, “1950 Aged to Perfection Limited Edition.” This is easily breakable but does not require lots of effort to clean. My best friend has this glass and she always drinks from it during and when there is not parties, she’s hosting. This is her favorite out of all of them she collects.

This is a stunning red, gold, and green gift for fifters! This small flower has a bright red color on the top and is made up of glass. It has two little leaves and a gold long stem. There is a clear holder at the bottom and compliments the rose perfectly. Next to it is a black, red, and yellowish box. My friend has this flower hanging in her amore and she loves to put this out as a center piece in her living room sometimes. This rose is absolutely beautiful!

This alcohol glass is a small and clear gift for fifters! The whiskey glass is round and can carry a bunch of ice. It has a circular bottom and has a nice eye-catching print. This glass has the sentences, “1950 Vintage Limited Edition.” The cup can be used for pictures and it’s just a work of art to look at. My grandfather has a lot of these cups and puts them out on the table for holidays. I think it is great that he promotes safe drinking in his home.

This is a unique diner throw pillow for those who love the golden age! This small pillow has a green silk car with tires that have a white streak on them. There is a woman sitting on top with an orange top and a red flannel print on her skirt. This square shape has the words diner, burgers, and beer in a dark blue and green mix with some red too. The background looks dirty and grungy. My friend loves these types of 1950’s pillows and has collected many of them in her house. She was gifted one last year and she was so happy.

This is a gorgeous red pattern apron gift for fifters! The outfit has ruffles on both sides along with a red divider on the waist. This apron stops close to the neckline and extends to the knees. The skirt flows out nicely and has a long ruffle around the bottom. It has short sleeves and hugs the frame of a women or a man. My grandmother used to wear an outfit just like this one, but it was a different color. She used to have a purple one that my mother brought for her. My grandma was so happy to receive this gift.

This is a larger piece puzzle gift for those who love the 1950’s! The puzzle has many drawings of everything regarding the 50’s era. Including Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. They involve Elvis Presley, Marylin Monroe, the white house, the American flag, bicycles, and so much more. This box is designed in a colorful and bright way that it catches your attention. My little cousin has a puzzle box like this but hers is 100 pieces instead of a 1000-piece container. It reminds me of her as she used to collect many of these and loved piecing them together.

This is a stunning peach and white button-down dress gift for fifters! The short sleeves that are great for summer and the collar tucked into the neck to have the appearance of modesty. It is also skintight on the waist and the skirt flows long to the knees. These white buttons are so adorable, and the back has a long zipper so you can easily step out of this dress if needed be. The skirt has the view of waves and accentuates the hips nicely. My grandmother used to show me pictures of her in these types of dresses and they remind me of her a lot.
